Neptune, with -201°C (degrees Celsius).
Remember, when we are talking about sub-zero temperatures, the rule of what number is bigger than other, is inverted, for example, -201° C is lower than -139° C, meaning that the "bigger" the number, the lower the temperature. On the opposite side, if we are talking about not sub-zero temperatures (over 0°C) the "bigger" the number, the higher the temperature.
