The Classical Era set the scene. It brought us the major civilizations, religions, and trade routes. But, what happens when all of the major world powers collapse? This is the Post-Classical era. The major world powers come from places you might not expect. There are some powers that are similar to the ones before and the ones after (Byzantine, China). But, the major players in the Post-Classical era come from totally backwards places. One sprouts out of a cave in the Arabian desert. The other comes from the base of a mountain on the steppes in Central Asia. I call this era, Muslims & Mongols. That's not everything, but it just about sums up the basics. (Of course, Trade, Migrations, Religion, and Labor are important...) The Post Classical Era is the FIRST era that represents 20% of the test. From here on out, these eras are worth more than the first two.

In the last sixteen days of President Thomas Jefferson's presidency, the Congress replaced the Embargo Act of 1807 with the almost unenforceable Non-Intercourse Act of March 1809. ... Like its predecessor, the Embargo Act, it was mostly ineffective, and contributed to the coming of the War of 1812.

What opportunities for service did trained nurses such as those recruited by this poster have during the war?
Blababa [14]

The opportunities are:

- to work as Medical professionals in a millitary base

- Part of Medic soldiers that provide first aid in the battle field.

- to work as nutritionists for the soldiers

- To work as a part of red cross

Trained nurses had the option to either join their country's millitary or join a neutral party to be involved in the war.

If they choose to serve their country, their skill set would be used to treat ill / wounded soldiers in the camp, ensuring that the soldiers have the energy necessary for the war, or learn to use a weapon and join as the medic that goes a long with the soldiers to the battle field.

If they choose a neutral party such as the red cross, they can provide medical assistance for all the soldiers that involved in the war. Those soldiers are banned to shoot the redcross since they are only there to provide medical help to both sides.

Write a body paragraph about CORE that connects to Freedom Rides
Tasya [4]
So Core was an organization trying to do peaceful protests to end segregation and discrimination in the South.  Core set up protests like sit ins and the marches that the kids preformed. Core connects with the Freedom rides because several whites and blacks went down to Alabama and used the opposite race water fountains. They also sat in different sections of the bus like whites sat in the colored section and viseversa.  Core was technically one of the driving organizations that fought for racial equality.

DESPERATE FOR AN ANSWER, PLEASE HURRY; I WILL MARK BRAINLLIST FOR THE RIGHT ANSWER.
Amiraneli [1.4K]

Answer:

Ir depends on what war you are talking about. But I can say this, the US enters war because we like to stand up and fight for what we believe is right. We also have other nation and countries that we are currently helping and other countries don't like that. Other countries take out help as a threat. Then the two governments get in a fight and both countries go to war. I hope this helps.
