Answer: Octopuses ability to squirt ink.

Physiological adaptations are those adaptations which occurs at the metabolic level in the organisms. These adaptations occurs in the cells, tissues and organs of the body of the organism in response to external environmental stimulus. Physiological adaptations are beneficial for the survival of the organisms against predators. These adaptations generates a defense mechanism in the body of the organism, in order to increase it's chances of survival.

Octopuses ability to squirt ink is an example of physiological adaptations as the ink is released in the water by these organisms in order to escape themselves from predators.

Octopuses' ability to squirt ink is the answer because physiological deals with a body parts function not the body part itself.

Explain what happens when mRNA leaves the nucleus of a eukaryotic cell.
Svetach [21]
Before it leaves the nucleus, the mRNA is spliced to create mature mRNA. This splicing involves that cutting out of introns, leaving only the exons - which are the segments which code for a protein. Before it leaves the nucleus, the mRNA is spliced once again to create mature mRNA.

¿Cuál fue la aportación de Robert Remak a la teoría celular y su relación con Rudolf Virchow?
horsena [70]
