<span>True - in serious cases heat stroke can indeed cause unconsciousness and even death. Heat stroke can be avoided by staying indoors in very hot weather, wearing loose, light clothing and a hat to keep the sun from heating your head, wearing sunscreen, and keeping hydrated.</span>

This is true... Too much heat can deplete the water in your body, which will make it hard to function correctly. You can pass out because of it and if no one is around to help you, you might never wake up.
