So if there's a lot of oxygen outside of the cell, and there's only a little bit less oxygen inside the cell, diffusion occurs slowly. If there's lots more oxygen outside of the cell than inside, oxygen moves into the cell more quickly. So saying that I believe it would be cell A because it has the most oxygen outside and the least inside.

I think this is actually a physics question- 
gravitational potential energy = mass*g*height. We know mass and g is constant, so all we need to know is the height of the basketball.
