Biology

Olivia should remove 4 and 5 from the list since they are not the part of process and materials that are involved in the formation of sedimentary rocks.

Explanation:

Sedimentary rocks can also be called as derived rocks as their formation is from the pieces of pre-existing rocks. They are the formed by the process of weathering of preexisting rocks, transportation of the weathering products, deposition of the material that is followed by the process of compaction, and cementation of the sediment that will result in the formation of rock. The last two process can be termed as lithification.

When rocks are nearer to the earth's they are supposed to undergo the process called weathering.

Sediments are those that are deposited layer by layer. They get deposited horizontally. Using compaction process we can reduce the pore space and expel the water contained in the pores.

Hence, Olivia needs to remove the option 4. Foliation and 5. Magma that are not the part of process and materials that are involved in the formation of sedimentary rocks.

Why the relationships that humans have with their pets is an example of mutualism?
iogann1982 [59]

Answer:

Even the keeping of animals as pets represents a type of mutualism. Pet dogs (Canis familiaris) and cats (Felis catus) are fed and kept safe in domestication, while humans benefit from the companionship of these animals, and sometimes from other services, as when cats kill pest rodents.

Hopefully this helps :)
