emmasim [6.3K]

Answer: D) "Since horses were not introduced to the Americas until Columbus, the Aztecs and Incas did not use horses or advanced weapons, while the Afro-Eurasians had highly developed cavalries and weaponry."

The answer is not A because Afro-Eurasia was composed of giant empires and governments, not small ones. The answer is not B because slavery was acceptable in the Incan and Aztec empires as well as in the Afro-Eurasia. Finally, it can't be C because in Afro-Eurasian governments, only a few were centered on religious beliefs, not all.

Answer:

Concern for result

Explanation:

In leadership no one is the best leadership style but all depends on the situation and understand of your job nature it is not a wise task to avoid people or task both are interdependent to each other. But even there is equally compromise between two it leads to the average result. The managerial grid was proposed by Blake and Mountain a popular framework about leadership a task versus person orientation. It was developed in the 1960s.

It is based on two behavioral approaches:

 • concern for people
 • concern for task

Concern for task:

This is the orientation in which a manager is concern more about the task and less concern on people. This is a degree on which the manager emphasizes objectivity, organization needs, and high production. it is decided by the manager from his/her team that the manager focused on the result than people's concern.

What at the four main European countries that owned colones in the America???????????
pychu [463]
This would be mostly Great Britain and France: you can see that many countries today still speak English and French in Africa.

Portugal also had some land under its control: Angola and Mozambique.

Now, I am unsure about the forth one, as there is a number of countries that had a colony, but were not as present as the ones I mentioned above. These are Belgium, Italy, Germany and Spain.
