Help Plzz!!How do you think the framers of the Constitution would respond to the presidency's expanded powers?
slava [35]

The framers of the constitution intended that the Congress would play a major part in the American democracy. They left the president’s power without many boundaries, counting on check and balances as a power to hold the presidency. The framers of the constitution didn’t want the president to be a slave of the Congress, this is the reason probably the framers would be in favor of the presidency’s expanded powers, they wanted a balance between a free man who is stronger than governors but not as free as a monarch.

English common law developed from?
ivanzaharov [21]
The English common law originated in the early Middle Ages in the King’s Court (Curia Regis), a single royal court set up for most of the country at Westminster, near London. Like many other early legal systems, it did not originally consist of substantive rights but rather of procedural remedies. The working out of these remedies has, over time, produced the modern system in which rights are seen as primary over procedure. Until the late 19th century, English common law continued to be developed primarily by judges rather than legislators.

All these countries and the Andes themselves are extremely rich in the natural resources. They have it all: wood, oil, gas, copper, salt, lithium, ore, precious metals like gold to name the few. Unfortunately, due to unstable political situation in these countries and poor working conditions its hard to reach all of this natural wealth.
