What is anxiety? I need to know..

Anxiety is where you basically become scared easily.

Anxiety is caused when someone goes through something tramatic, like a loved ones death, or a broken bones possibly. This causes someone to become scared, so they normaly back down because there frightened something will happen to them, or possibly someone else.

Symptons of anxiety:

- Pounding heart

- Panic, fear, and uneasiness

- Sweating

- Shortness of breath

- Butterflies

- Tense muscles

And many more.
