The court will likely c. do nothing.

Explanation:

An arbitration clause is an article that is mentioned in a contract made between two business companies. According to arbitration clause the parties should resolve their disputes through the arbitration process.

Transpac Corp. and Alliance, Inc signed a contract with arbitration clause. Now the dispute arose between them. So they took this case to arbitration. The arbitrator supports Transpac Corp in-spite of the truth. So Alliance files a lawsuit, claiming that the award should not be enforced because the arbitrator made an error in her findings of fact.

As the contract includes arbitration clause, the court will do nothing regarding this case.

Ber [7]

Phydeaux & friends is an independent retailer that carries deep product lines of pet supplies. this small, locally-owned store is best classified as a

Traditional specialty retailer.

An old acquaintance of mine recently questioned me about my occupation. I immediately replied, "I own a specialty retail store," without even stopping to consider. Exactly what a specialty retailer was was unclear to my pal. Given that I had assumed everyone was familiar with the distinction between big-box stores and specialist shops, I was taken aback by this. I reasoned that I ought to share my opinions on the matter because he wasn't the only one and that I wasn't.

Nowadays, consumers have a wide range of options when purchasing almost anything. You can visit a big box, specialty retailer, or the internet. I'll talk about each of these and provide you with some instances from the actual world that aren't related to my own company. At the end of this post, I will discuss what I believe that Mobile Edge brings to the table as a specialty retailer.

Which among the following countries does not have a railway?
Iteru [2.4K]

Answer:

There are several countries without trains or railways. Most are either small countries on islands (Iceland for example, has none) or poor countries that really can't afford the cost of maintaining them. HOWEVER most of these countries HAVE HAD railways of some kind at one time or another (Guyana, for example has pretty much nothing but was in fact the first country in South America to have railways at all. Iceland also has had a few small railways built temporarily in the past for construction purposes).

As an aside, it is not always necessarily the countries fault that they have no railways. Many are former colonies of European countries that all had outside influence on the railway construction. Sometimes, if more than one power had a grip on an area, railways of completely different gauges (sizes) would be built by the opposing powers.

Also, the countries obviously only cared about the railways (and the colonies themselves) as a means to make THEM stronger, so the railway systems usually only consisted of a line going straight from whatever rare mineral or something that they wanted to the nearest port, for shipment back to the main country.

Not only were these impractical for serving the entire nation, they were (and still kinda are) a symbol of their former tyrants to the locals. So when the little countries finally broke away from their oppressors they often wanted little to do with railways or trains.

As far as lists of all the countries that don't have them, they aren't really complete, although train buffs like these guys will throw out some names and see if they've got trains or not.
