Answer: D. Federal Government
Explanation:
The Federalist system of the United States divides power between the State Government and the Federal Government with the latter having some form of control over the former.
This is the same agreement with the Native Indian tribal governments of the Native Indian nations in the United States. Because they are to be treated as self-governing and sovereign, they can only be negotiated with by the Federal Government and not by State Governments and so this puts them on the same hierarchical position as the state governments.

Redemption was the point of view taken by ex-Confederates that saw the new leaders of Reconstruction as Northern "carpetbaggers" who needed to be ousted. They believed that the South, as it is said, would "rise again". We could call them a lot of other things - we could say that they were recalcitrant, that they were unreformed, or arguably, that they were even traitors to the unified Nation. But certainly, using a different set of language would make sense, because there was nothing "redeemed" about these people.
Hello there!
So, where the people settled, the place was very swamp. The water was very bad to drink. A lot of people got seawater poisoning, because they were drinking seawater. They also caught a lot of infections, and got poisoned. There were bad problems with mosquitoes and other bugs. In the area, there was not a lot of animals, so when they came, soon after there were no animals to hunt for.
Hope this information is enough.
