This is a tricky question - new studies actually show that people who skip breakfast aren't at all heavier than people who don't skip it. True. Just because u have risk factors doesn’t mean your 100% gonna get that disease. It does mean though that you will be at a way higher risk for that disease then other people are so you will have a higher chance.
