Harrison Bergeron is a story belongs to satirical science fiction and was published in 1961.

The central subject is about a future society around 2081, where the smart people had to stop their capacities of intelligent and beauty because the government has controlled due to produce an equal society.

In this context there  there was a boy called Harrison Bergeron who try to avoid the rules from the government and he wanted that everybody live without the "handicaps" but he was killed like a terrorist in hand of the system.

In resume, the actual versions of this story remains to  many   people the end of Bergerson for this reason the people in the studio expecting the death of him.

The immigrants that came in the late 1880s:

  • Were mostly from Eastern and Central parts of Europe
  • Were not very skilled

As a result, these immigrants had to look for jobs that required them having little skills and these jobs were usually lower paying and in factories.

In conclusion, immigrants in the 1880s took low paying jobs because that was all they were qualified for.
