PWC means personal water craft, it can be any jet ski, water scooter or boater cycle. At idle speeds with a smaller amount of water pumping through the jet unit, the jet boat will lose some steering control and the maneuverability and will quickly slow down making it difficult to safely maneuver. As the hull detachable it’s planning state and hull resistance is increased. However, loss of steering control at low speeds can be astounded by lowering the reverse deflector slightly and increasing control - so an operator may escalate thrust and thus control without increasing boat speed itself.

Explain why it is important to continually evaluate long-term goals
lilavasa [31]
It is important to continually evaluate long term goals because one's life situation can change from day to day. For example, one can be without work for many months and despairing of ever getting work when finally conditions improve and work becomes available. Life is full of opportunities and sooner or later opportunities will arise so that whereas the long term situation looked economically bleak before, now it can improve significantly.
