Answer:

Triglycerides

Explanation:

Triglycerides are a kind of fat, the most common type in the body. Triglycerides can come directly from foods, such as oils, butter, and other fats, and they can be created by a person’s body when that individual consumes more calories than his or her body needs as a way of storing those surplus calories.

The medical term for having elevated levels of triglycerides is hypertriglyceridemia.

In fasting laboratory tests, a normal triglyceride level is below 150 milligrams per deciliter (mg/dL).  High is considered 200 to 499 mg/dL. Very high is over 500 mg/dL.

High triglyceride levels can increase risk for heart disease, stroke, and nerve damage.

Neurons in the hypothalamus regulate the activity of secretory cells in the anterior pituitary gland by:________
Jet001 [13]

Neurons in the hypothalamus regulate the activity of secretory cells in the anterior pituitary gland by releasing hormones. Pituitary gland basically store the hormones which is produce by the hypothalamus.

Hypothalamus connect the nervous and endocrine systems by way of the pituitary gland. Both are connected directly to the pituitary gland by a thin stalk which is called infundibulum.

Its main function is to secrete releasing hormones and inhibiting hormones that stimulate  the production of hormones in the anterior pituitary. FSH and LH both are produce and secret gonadotropins which regulated by the hypothalami releasing hormone, GnRH.  These are the releasing hormones which control the release of another hormone.

State two ways in which palisade tissue is a dapted for thotosynthesis?<br>
olga nikolaevna [1]
Palisade mesophyll cells are closely packed to absorb the maximum light. They are at right angles to the surface of leaf to reduce the number of cross walls. Large vacuole pushes chloroplasts to the edge of a cell. Chloroplasts at edge enable short diffusion path for carbon dioxide and to absorb maximum light.
Hope this helped
