No you can't Because in an equilateral triangle all sides and angles must be equal and for that all angles must equal 60 degrees so that their sum is 180 degrees, but a right triangle requires an angle of 90 degrees which the equilateral triangle doesn't have, so there's no such thing as an equilateral right triangle.
