These are symptoms of blackouts and can be associated with multiple diseases and disorders including: heatstroke, intoxication, concussion, shock and local anesthetic intoxicity. Blackouts are periods of unconsciousness when the patient is unable to recall what has happened over a given period of time; they are usually associated with an underlying health issue.
