Give each cat one cup.

All cats have 1 cup now and there is one extra.

Take that extra cup and split it into 1/5s (because there is 1 cup left and 5 cats)

You should have 5 sets of 1/5s

Give each cat a set.

Each cat should now have 1 1/5 a cup.

The answer is 1 1/5 but the above should explain how.

Only the last two options are true.

The first one is false, because 4.5 is the value of the maximum of f(x), not the point where it is reached.

The second one is false, because g(x) has a maximum of 9, so it is a downward-facing parabola (just like f(x)), so it doesn't have a minimum.

The third one is true, because the maximum value of f(x) is 4.5, and the maximum value of g(x) is 9, which is twice the maximum of f(x)

The last one is false (see point 2).

NISA [10]

Answer:A=\frac{14}{9}\cdot \sqrt{2}\ unit^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Two curves are given

y=10 x^2

and y=x^2+2

the two curves intersect at

10x^2=x^2+2

x=\pm \frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}

to get the we need to integrate the curves over x axis

A=\int_{-\frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}}^{\frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}}\left ( x^2+3-10x^2\right )dx

A=2\int_{0}^{\frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}}\left ( 3-9x^2\right )dx

A=2\left [ 3\left ( \frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}\right )-\frac{9}{3}\left ( \frac{\sqrt{2}}{3}\right )^3\right ]

A=2\sqrt{2}\left [ 1-\frac{2}{9}\right ]

A=\frac{14}{9}\cdot \sqrt{2}\ unit^2
