Well I don’t have a health body, I’m not overweight but getting to it so I just mainly started to work out two time a day, 2 hours in the more and two hours at night, you have to wake up early for the morning workout. Also I eat healthy I do not eat any fast food, you can but it just a lot of fat it better to just make the food at home.
