Cells of the circulatory system includes blood corpuscles like red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets, and plasma. Cells of nervous system include neurons, neuroglia, and supplying blood vessels.  

The cells of each of the system are completely different from each other. They perform specialized functions and are totally different in shape and sizes. A neuron can be 1 meter in length as in vagus nerve. But RBCs are 7.5 micron in diameter, and a WBC is 20 micron in diameter. Platelets are even smaller. So they are structurally and functionally different.
