America believed the war was a Europe problem that they didn’t want to involve themselves in. After Japan attack the U.S got involved as they had a strong sense of nationalism. A day after Pearl Harbor was attacked Congress declared war on Japan. That declaration of war got the U.S involved in the “European” war.

Vsevolod [243]

QUESTION Options:

a.identify strongly with the victim.

b.disparage the victim.

c.disparage the oppressor.

d.become very concerned with our own situation out of fear of suffering in the future.

Answer: Disparage the victim.

A just world hypothesis is the assumption that an individual's action is naturally likely to bring morally fair results or actions to that individual such that all honourable actions are rewarded and and evil actions are punished.

To defend our belief in a just world, when we see an individual suffering, we conclude that the suffering is as a result of their evil actions.

Most important characteristics of the speech. I am the only candidate in this race who can be trusted to run the government effi
algol13

Answer:

We have to find the author, time, intended audience, main idea, context, bias, and accuracy of the text.

Author - a candidate for government office.

Time - government election campaign.

Intended audience - potential voters.

Main idea - the candidate is the only one who can be trusted with taxpayer money, and this is crucial because taxpayer money is being wasted.

Context - Government intervention does more harm than good: raising taxes on successful businesses to fund failing public schools only has the effect of both reducing wealth creation, and educating children poorly.

Bias - the candidate has anti-goverment bias.

Accuracy - the candidate does not provide evidence to back his claims in the speech, thus, the accuracy of it cannot be properly gauged.
