"Does not correct" means basically, not change.
The sentence needs to make sense, too.
The only sentence that doesn't correct it is:
My favorite snack is fruit salad, which is delicious with whipped cream.
That would be a noun. Proper nouns are more specific, and are often capitalized. For example, HE would be a noun, but if you were to say JOHN it'd be a proper noun.
