This is a question where you need to use your own personal experiences to answer. What are things or situations that have made you stressed? Maybe you were stressed last time you had final exams? Think about any example such as that. Explain why, for example the final exams, stressed you out. Too much studying? Worried about the grade you'll get? Etc. Then, for the second paragraph write a few examples of how you could handle said situation better. Study a little bit every day before the tests, ask a friend to study flashcards with you, etc.
