The values that sports help to teach children in society are teamwork and in teamwork the children learn to form a team. Sports play vital role in many cultures, society and culture are powerful influences on how valuable sports is. Another aspect is competition , many societies value competition as a part of their culture. Competition is used to encourage people to constantly improve their skills so they are able to achieve what they want out of life. Certain societies encourage rivalries between fans and teams as part of their cultural norms.
