Answer:

The ideology difference

Explanation:

The reconstruction put an end to the remains of Confederate nationalism and put an end to slavery, making new slaves have free citizens with civil rights apparently guaranteed by three new constitutional amendments. Three visions of the memory of the civil war appeared during Reconstruction: the vision of reconciliation, which was rooted in facing death and the devastation of war had brought; the vision of white supremacy, which included terror and violence; and the vision of emancipation, which seeks full freedom, citizenship and constitutional equality for African Americans. something that in the north was not yet done since the people of the north zone still had slaves and the richest abused their power so that the lower classes strabajaba in the most dangerous areas while they enjoyed the benefit of these.

What was the resolution to conflict regarding states' rights and the federal government
Nataly [62]
When creating the United States Constitution, there were concerns about the federal government having too much power. Considering that the US Constitution was made shortly after America won their independence from Great Britain, it is easy to see why Americans were afraid of a strong federal government. One of the biggest causes of America declaring their independence from Great Britain was because of a strong central government that taxed colonists without their permission/input.

To make sure that this did not happen again, the Bill of Rights (the first 10 amendments of the Constitution) included an amendment that related to states rights. The 10th amendment states that any power not specifically given to the federal government belongs to each state respectively. This is why states have the ability to do things like create their own education system and driving laws.
