Pan is the god of music and nature and is connected with spring. The poem has all of those things inside of it so it connects with Pan well. The balloonman is like pan because he makes friends and symbolizes spring in a way.
The poet created a new character type by using the balloonman as a center-point in the poem. The balloonman makes the children happy when he whistles because this means that spring is around and he is out. The balloonman is also an original character because he makes his presence known in a different way by whistling.

How does
Ludmilka [50]

The peace we seek in the world begins in human hearts. And it finds its glorious expression when we look beyond any differences in religion or tribe, and rejoice in the beauty of every soul.

President Barack Obama stated America need to uphold moral requirements when waging wars that are essential and justified, as he usual his Nobel Peace Prize. In his speech in Oslo, he defended the us role in Afghanistan, arguing the use of force should bring lasting peace.

I do now not convey with me nowadays a definitive solution to the troubles of warfare, said President Obama. What I do understand is that meeting these demanding situations would require the equal imaginative and prescient, difficult paintings, and persistence of those women and men who acted so boldly decades ago. And it will require us to suppose in new approaches about the notions of just warfare and the imperatives of a simply peace.

We ought to start via acknowledging the difficult reality that we will not get rid of violent struggle in our lifetimes. There can be instances when countries  appearing personally or in concert  will locate the usage of pressure no longer only important but morally justified.
