In dietary fats which contains majorly animal protein, is a main factor that increases the caloric intake when being consumed. This is because in dietary fat, there exist some components that possess the likelihood of increasing cancer rate such as aflatoxin, excess nitrite etc. leading to a correlation between dietary fat content and breast, colon and esophageal cancer mortality.
