The Alternative for the Americas agreement of the early 2000's is primarily aimed at "making the process of hemispheric economic integration more inclusive, democratic, environmentally and culturally sustainable, and equitable." The agreement was set up in response to the NAFTA, which then was supposed to become the Free Trade Area of the Americas.
They should treat them equal like they are Americans and let the right emigrates in. By show they have good records and lead them with free passage into our country.
Answer: Dillion's rights were definitely violated. First of all, Dillion was a 12-year old boy, he was not even an adult. Second of all, Dillion was confined in an unhuman and dark place, suffering from cold, hunger, and thirst, and then was forced to confess. Even if he was guilty, his confession cannot be used against him because he was forced to do so. Third of all, the crime he was accused of was for burning stables and some other goods, he didn't murder someone. Dillion was tortured to make a confession, and therefore, his confession was a violation to his rights and cannot be valid.
The worker were the lower class and the poor. They did labour. They lived in the poorest and the dirtiest places in the city, furthermore that's how they got diseases, like smallpox and other really bad fevers. Also they mostly worked in textile factories. They accepted these jobs because that's the only jobs they could have. The owners treated them bad because they wanted the kids to work more and harder. Hope i helped :).
