Answer:The United States Constitution defines the structure of the national government and dictates the scope and limitation of its powers. The Constitution is known as “the supreme Law of the Land” and all other laws are measured against it. The application of the articles and amendments of the Constitution comprise constitutional law.

In addition to the United States Constitution, each state has its own constitution and therefore, its own body of constitutional law as well. State constitutions resemble the federal Constitution in that they outline the state government’s structure of legislative, executive and judicial branches as well as contain a bill of rights.

Victor is a senator from Kansas who wants to help farmers. He has worked to encourage the passage of a law that would impose a b
Airida [17]

Answer:

The binding price floor will cause a surplus of wheat that farmers will be unable to sell.

Explanation:

The price floor is the lowest price that can be paid for goods, by binding price floor the senator requires by law a price for the goods above the equilibrium. The critics would say that since the wheat is binded price floor and cannot drop below the price stated by the senator, when the government inflate the price for the market the consumers will deny to pay the price stated and by that the consumption of wheat would fall creating a surplus of wheat, since the goods won’t be sold.

The nurse is administering digoxin to a client with heart failure. what laboratory value may predispose the client to digoxin to
Sunny_sXe [5.5K]

Nursing staff should monitor patients' serum potassium because decreased potassium puts patients at increased risk of digoxin poisoning.

Patients should be questioned about dyspnea, cough, general malaise, and other signs and symptoms of heart failure. Dyspnea, a major symptom of heart failure, usually progresses from exertional dyspnea to orthopnea, paroxysmal nocturnal dyspnea, and resting dyspnea.

Troponin T is a protein found in heart muscle. Measuring Troponin T with the highly sensitive Troponin T test helps health care providers diagnose heart attacks and determine heart disease risk. Elevated troponin T levels are associated with an increased risk of heart disease in asymptomatic people.

Treating arrhythmias also improves physical performance. Digoxin belongs to a class of drugs called cardiac glycosides. It works by affecting certain minerals (sodium and potassium) in heart cells. This reduces the load on the heart and maintains a normal, stable, and strong heartbeat.
