To do dis all we need to do is divide the amount of money he needs to spend by d amount of money he has already used. Den d answer will be d amount of dollars more he needs to spend to get a free meal. den we will check our work. Lets do it;-

50 - 30.25 = 19.75
Tom needs to spend $19.75 more to get a free meal.

CHECK OUR WORK:-
 19.75 + 30.25 = 50
 We were RIGHT!!

So, Tom needs to spend $19.75 more to get a free meal.

Hope I helped ya!! xD

erica can run 1/6 of a kilometer in a minute her school is 3/4 of a kilometer away from her home at this speed how long would it
nlexa [21]

Answer: 4.5 minutes.

Step-by-step explanation:

1. You have the following information given in the problem above:

- Erica runs \frac{1}{6}km in a minute.

- The school is \frac{3}{4}km away from her home.

2. Therefore, to solve the exercise you must multiply \frac{3}{4}km=0.75km by 1 minute and divide this by  \frac{1}{6}km=0.166km, as following:

x=\frac{(0.75km)(1min)}{(0.166km)}\\x=4.5min

3. Therefore, the result is 4.5 minutes.

Answer:

y'=\frac{-5}{(3x+2)^2}

Step-by-step explanation:

Step 1: Write equation

y=\frac{2x+3}{3x+2}

Step 2: Find derivative

  1. Quotient Rule: y'=\frac{(3x+2)(2)-(3)(2x+3)}{(3x+2)^2}
  2. Simplify: y'=\frac{(6x+4)-(6x+9)}{(3x+2)^2}
  3. Simplify: y'=\frac{-5}{(3x+2)^2}
