This associated change is in contrast with qualitative stage which is affected by changes in our thinking and behavioral patterns. Quantitative change is obvious in height and weights while qualitative stage is shown in our personal experiences. Quantitative change is gradual accumulation of infinitesimal changes that resulted from continuous acquisition of knowledge and experiences forming basis for developmental changes as we go through qualitative stages of our lives.
