Alright so, the angle AHI and J are actually the same. So they're both going to be 63 degrees

Knowing that, now you have to find the 3rd angle

All triangles angles add up to 180

63+45+x=180

108+x=180

-108 -108

72=x

Two types of tickets were sold for an upcoming concert: adult tickets and child tickets. In total, there
Alona [7]

Answer:

Adult ticket is $60

Child ticket is $32

Step-by-step explanation:

Let x = price of adult ticket

     y = price of child ticket

(1)    175x + 103y = 13796               (2)    2x + 2y = 184

                                                                 x + y = 92

                                                                       y = 92 - x

      175x + 103(92 - x) = 13796

      175x + 9476 - 103x = 13796

       72x = 4320

           x = 60                                                  y = 92 - 60

                                                                        y = 32

How many flowers, spaced every 6 in., are needed to surround a circular garden with a 100-ft radius?
Bond [772]

Answer:

Number of flowers required = 1256

Step-by-step explanation:

Circumference of a circle is given by the formula,

Circumference = 2πr

Here, r = radius of the circle

For a circle with radius = 100 in.

Therefore, circumference = 2π(100)

                                           = 200π

                                           = 628.32 ft

Distance between each flower = 6 in

                                                   ≈ \frac{6}{12}

                                                   = 0.5 ft

Number of flowers = \frac{\text{Circumference}}{\text{Space between each flower}}

                               = \frac{628.32}{0.5}

                               = 1256.63

                               ≈ 1256

Therefore, number of flowers required = 1256
