1 out 4 because there are three months in the year that begin with the letter J, January, June, and July, which is 3/12 which converts or simplifies to 1/4.

78 is what percent of 110
irinina [24]

Answer: 70.909090909091%

Step-by-step explanation: Reading through the problem we have 78 is, that's 78 equals, what percent, x/100, of 110, times 110.

It's important to understand that percent means over 100 so what percent would simply mean x/100 or any variable but I will be using x.

So we have the equation 78 = \frac{x}{100} *110

So cross canceling the 110 and 100 to 11 and 10, we have 78 = \frac{11x}{10}

Multiply both sides by 10 to get rid

of the fraction and we have 780 = 11x.

Now divide both sides by 11 and 70.909090909091 = x.

So, 78 is 70.909090909091% of 110.

Work is attached in the image provided.

PLZ HELP GEOMETRY BELOW
katen-ka-za [31]

This is known as Einstein's proof, not because he was the first to come up with it, but because he came up with it as a 15 year old boy.

Here the problem is justification step 2. The written equation

BC ÷ DC = BC ÷ AC

is incorrect, and wouldn't get us our statement 2, which is correct.

For similar triangles we have to carefully pair the corresponding parts to get our ratios right:

ABC ~ BDC means AB:BD = BC:DC = AC:BC so BC/DC=AC/BC.

Justification 2 has the final division upside down.

What Difference between hundreds and hundredths?
nordsb [41]

hundred means 100 or 200. Like I have 100 cats.

Hundredth means you have 1/100 of something. I have a peice of pie that is 1/100 of the pie. That means there are 100 pieces of the pie but I only have one out the hundred pieces.

hundred=100

hundredth = 1/100 = 0.01

tenth= 1/10 = 0.1

The defense of a professional football team scored about 24% of the 242 points the team scored all season. If a touchdown is wor
QveST [7]

Answer:

the answer is 9.69 or if no decimals 10

Step-by-step explanation:

24% of 242 is 58.08 you then divide that number with 6/ the amount of points they get every touchdown. you divide those numbers and you get 9.69.

and that's the amount of points they got but if there aren't any decimals in this question then it would be closer to 100 than it would be 0 so the answer is 10 points

i hope this helped. :)
