Seasons change and I love when it’s colddd

Answer:

Earth is the planet that has seasons but the rest do not

Explanation:

Earth's axis is tilted 23.5 degrees, but Venus is only tilted 3 degrees. This lack of tilt means the planet's surfaces receive a uniform amount of the Sun's energy. Though Venus has seasons, there is little change from one to the next. Venus also has a much shorter orbit than Earth, making its seasons very brief.

How can Lamarck’s theory be woven in knowing our understanding of genetics
Kitty [74]
Lamarck is best known for his Theory of Inheritance of Acquired Characteristics: If an organism changes during life in order to adapt to its environment, those changes are passed on to its offspring. He said that change is made by what the organisms want or need. For example, Lamarck believed that elephants all used to have short trunks. When there was no food or water that they could reach with their short trunks, they stretched their trunks to reach the water and branches, and their offspring inherited long trunks. Lamarck also said that body parts that are not being used, such as the human appendix and little toes are gradually disappearing. Eventually, people will be born without these parts. Lamarck also believed that evolution happens according to a predetermined plan and that the results have already been decided. Lamarcks theory has been disproven and shows that acquired traits are not passed on to offspring.

Dna codes for the sequence of amino acids in the primary structure of a protein, but not for sugars or lipids. This is because?
s2008m [1.1K]

Proteins are the main structural and functional components of cells.

Each group of three bases in mRNA constitutes a codon, and each codon specifies a particular amino acid. The mRNA sequence is thus used as a template to assemble in order the chain of amino acids that form a protein.

The sequence of a protein is determined by the DNA of the gene that encodes the protein change in the gene's DNA sequence may lead to a change in the amino acid sequence of the protein. The sequence of amino acids of a protein determines protein shape, since the chemical properties of each amino acid are forces that give rise to intermolecular interactions to begin to create secondary structures, such as α-helices and β-strands.
