A car travels 63 miles in 30 minutes. If the car travels at a constant speed, how many miles does the car travel in 50 minutes?
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Answer:

The answer is B. 105 miles

Step-by-step explanation:

I just used a calculator and put in 30 times a random number until I got 63. So, 30 times 2.1 is 63. Then, I multiplied 50 times 2.1 to get 105 as the answer.

Hope that helps and please give me brainliest!! I only need 1 more brainliest to rank as an Expert!!

Can someone please help me with this math question
lora16 [44]

Answer:

C'(4,4)

Step-by-step explanation:

The dilation of quadrilateral ABCD over the origin by a scale factor of 2 has the rule

(x,y)→(2x,2y)

So,

  • A(-3,-1)→A'(-6,-2)
  • B(-1,1)→B'(-2,2)
  • C(2,2)→C'(4,4)
  • D(3,-2)→D'(6,-4)

Hence, the coordinates of the image point C' are (4,4) (see attached diagram for details)

Solve and graph the absolute value inequality: |4x + 1| ≤ 5.
Andrews [41]
You would have to do it two times, one being negative and one being positive.
4x + 1 < 5
     -1     -1
4x < 4
x < 1

4x - 1 < 5
    +1    +1
4x < 6
x < 1.5

So the answer would be x<1 and x<1.5

I hope this helps!
