There are many works in the 20th century Fauvism movement that used good perspective. Fauvism is also well known for abstract colour combinations and vibrancy.
I think it is Artemisia Gentileshci (the baroque painter). However, I am not sure if this is the correct answer.
The three papers should be compiled together first. Then fold these papers into half. Draw a semi-circle on one side. Afterwards, cut the papers by following the drawn outline. The result would be three identical circles after unfolding the papers.
