When i read this quote i feel like it is speaking truth. Empathy can be very important. It gives us the ability to be able to help others and give people the benefit of the doubt sometimes. it helps us work together. Empathy helps us look out for others and not just ourselves. When i read this quote is understand that we have empathy so we are not all about ourselves but we are about others to. Self care is good but to much self care is bad and empathy helps us even that out.
