I believe they would be -8 and 4, because

-2*-2=4

4*-2=-8

-8*-2=16

16*-2=-32

32*-2=-64

64*-2=-128

So the next 2 numbers are -8 and 4

Hope this helps

the next number is -8 because what you are doing is dividing by -2

-128/-2 is 64

64/-2 is -32

-32/2 is 16

16/-2 is -8

Factoring trinomials
Tcecarenko [31]

c^22c^2 + 13c +21 \\4c^2 + 13(2)c + 42\\(2c + 6)(2c+7)\\(c+3)(2c+7)

This is a way to factoring trinomials (there exist different equivalent methods).

Multiply the trinomial but the term accompanying  c^2. This is the second line. Then, you could take the square of the 4c^2, ant try to create a factor () () that will correspond to the expression in the second line. That is, we want 4c^2 + 13(2) c + 42 = (2c + ?) (2c + ?)

In ? we put the corresponding numbers that, if we multiply them we will obtain 42, and if we add them we will obtain 13. This numbers are 6 and 7. Then, we have (2c + 6) (2c +7)

The last step is divide by the number that we multipy in the first step.

9 Income tax expense 8,000.00 5,000.00

10 Net income $13,500.00 $7,500.00

Required: A. Prepare a comparative income statement with horizontal analysis for the two-year period, indicating the increase (decrease) for the current year when compared with the previous year. Use the minus sign to indicate an amount or percent decrease. If required, round percentages to one decimal place. B. What conclusions can be drawn from the horizontal analysis?

Bh+hr=25 solve for r please work it out step by step
denis23 [38]

So firstly, factor out h on the left side: h(b+r)=25

Next, divide both sides by h: b+r=\frac{25}{h}

Lastly, subtract both sides by b and your answer will be r=\frac{25}{h}-b

Pls help! evaluate f(4) on this table
Kruka [31]

Answer:

37

Step-by-step explanation:

f(4) just means use 4 for x. The table has all the x's across the top (sometimes they are in columns instead) The f(x) in the second row is the output that goes with each x. When x is 4, the f(x) is 37.

All is one math sentence:

f(4) = 37
