For part B problem 1. It's telling you to add the numbers from the difference high row and if your answer is not an integer, what two integers is it between.

-7 + -7 + 2 + 5 + -3 + -2= -12

Then you do the same for problem 2 But this time with the difference low row

0 + -3 + -7 + -1 + 1 + 0= -10

now you determine if both answers are integers or not
