Answer:false

Explanation:the cell wall is a rigid , protective wall that surrounds the plasma membrane.

The rigidity of the cell wall is due primarily to the presence of cellulose and other materials such as lignin and pectin.

Cellulose is a polysaccharide and the plant cell wall is made up of several molecules of it.

Lignin is a rigid and impermeable material and deposited on the cellulose as an extra reinforcement on the cell wall.

Pectin are found in the middle lamellae and helps to cement the adjacent cell walls.

There is also hemicellulose which binds to the cellulose mifilaments.

The cell wall may also possesses plasmodermata, which are pores through which water and nutrients pass adjacent cells.

This rigid covering of the cell prevents it from expanding and shrinking due to water movement in and out of the cells

What changes would you recommend to permit expression of this eukaryotic gene in a bacterial cell?
Lera25 [3.4K]

Gene Expression is the progression wherein the information from a gene is used in the combination of a functional gene product. In eukaryotic cells, genes are delimited by repressors as well as by transcriptional activators. The repressors will muddle to the specific DNA sequences and will constrain transcription.
