The limited point of view is one where the narrator knows only one character. For this reason, this view is what you would probably find in a newspaper article about an artist or athlete, since the article would narrate the thoughts of that athlete or artist only.
Third-Person Limited Viewpoints grant greater freedom than first-person viewpoints. Third-person narration, from a limited point of view, will enable the writer to better expose his reflective texts, better covering the feelings, concepts, and personality flaws that the artist and athlete herself must admit.
It is an opinion rather than a fact because there is no data to support that all service members and veterans have challenges when they return. There are no factual statistics or data to back up this claim so therefore it is an opinion
