Answer:

False

Explanation:

The living organisms are always different from non - living organisms. The living organisms have some characters which separate them from the non-livings. These characteristics are growth, reproduction, nutrition, excretion, variations, etc. The nonliving organisms do not have these characters. Viruses are the only organisms that have both living and non- living characters. They reproduce, have genetic materials. But viruses are having a protein coat and not cell. Therefore, it is an acellular organism. It always needs a host to reproduce and in the absence of a host, they are non living microbes. Therefore, they are neither living nor non living.

A cell has 36 chromosomes. After it divides by mitosis, how many chromosomes will be in each cell?
butalik [34]

Answer:

36 chromosomes in each cell

Explanation:

Mitosis is an equational division which means that it does not reduce or change the number of chromosomes in the daughter cells. Mitosis in a single parent cell produces two daughter cells each having the same DNA content and the number of chromosomes is present in the parent cell. Each chromosome after the S phase has two sister chromatids that separate from each other and are segregated to the opposite poles of the cell during anaphase of mitosis. Therefore, a cell with 36 chromosomes will form two daughter cells after one round of mitosis. Each daughter cell would have 36 chromosomes.

Studies peg the number of proteins in the human body to be around 10,000 to several billions. This diversity is a result of the
Harrizon [31]

Answer:

The correct answer is - option B.

Explanation:

The diversity of numbers of proteins in the human body is due to the differences in the structure of proteins. This change or difference in the structure of proteins is mainly affected by the sequence of amino acids.

The order of sequence of amino acid segment or residue in the peptide chain of the protein affects the structure of the particular protein which also leads to change in the secondary and tertiary structure of the protein.

Thus, the correct answer is - option B.
