"Life on the Color Line" is the title of the book by writer George Howard Willians. This title refers to the different skin colors and races in society and how people find it difficult to integrate and be accepted in all these races, especially in those where people do not have the same color.

"Life on the Color Line" tells the story of a little boy who grew up in a racist society in the mid 50's. This little boy is the son of a black father and a white mother, so the little boy does not have a very definite color and believes that he is a white person. In spite of some events, the little boy finds himself black and has to face the difficulties of being accepted in this new race.
