To determine the median of a data set, you need to put all of the values you have in their numerical order. Count how many figures there are overall, if there is an even number, then the median will be the middle number. if there is an even number, then to find the median number you need to determine the mean of the two numbers in the middle. To determine the mean of a data set, you first need to add together all the values within the set. Next, count up how many overall values there are, and then divide the previous total by the number of values that there are.

I need help . I don't understand it.. and I just need more info on it.
inysia [295]
I'm pretty sure those are codons, but I can't help because the photo's too blurry! What I think you are supposed to do is get a codon chart, find what protein each codon codes for, then write the name of that protein down under the codon... remember that the start codon is AUG and the stop codons are UGA, UAG, and UAA! :)

Autoclaving destroys living cells as well as what other bacterial stage that could cause contamination?
alina1380 [7]

Answer:

Endospores

Explanation:

Autoclaving is a sterilization method that involves the use of high temperature and pressure.  In medical application, it is used for the sterilization of medical equipment and also used for vulcanizing rubber and curing coatings in the chemical industry.

Autoclaving process destroys living cells as well as bacterial endospores. Endospores are tough non reproductive structures produced by some bacteria. They have the ability to be dormant, hence can enable bacteria to survive environmental stress.
