Mary is an eighth grader and, until recently, pretty popular at school. Lately, she started finding notes in her locker and in h

er backpack that were really upsetting. The notes were unsigned and mean. They said things like: “ We don’t like how you’re treading on our territory.” And even, “ You better watch out because we’re watching you…”
Mary had no idea who might be sending the notes but she had an idea why. In the last few months she had started accepting invitations to high school parties. She had also fooled around with a couple of sophomore guys. She had a feeling that the notes were from some of the high school girls. She knew how gossip got around and how mean other people said the sophomore girls were.

What was she supposed to do? Almost every day this week she received a note. She felt angry, scared, and hurt. She showed the notes to two of her friends. One of them said that whoever is sending them was probably just jealous and she should just ignore them. The other friend said she should show them to a teacher.

Mary felt like there was no good choice. If she tried to ignore the notes she was afraid they would just continue, and she was not only scared, she was mad. She wanted them to stop. But if she turned in the notes, she was sure the whole school would find out and she would probably have to name names as to who she thought was sending them. If the gossip was bad now, wouldn’t’ it be worse then?

What should Mary do?

She should turn in the notes, because it is more important to not be bullied than to be popular.

Describe the events Meg undergoes with Aunt Beast, the creature that takes her from Mr. Murry.
eduard

Answer:

Meg leans against the soft, furry chest of one of the beasts and feels warm and secure. The beasts rub something warm over her body, clothe her in fur, and serve her something "completely and indescribably delicious." She begins talking with one of the beasts, who encourages Meg to think of an appropriate name for her. After dismissing "mother," "father," "acquaintance," and "monster," Meg settles on the epithet "Aunt Beast." Meg tries to explain light and vision to Aunt Beast, who has no eyes. At the creature's urging, Meg falls into a deep sleep and wakes up feeling wonderfully rested.

Rus_ich [418]

It can change a lot of stuff, including a persons entire view of the story. Imagine if the harry potter movies or something like that came out in a different order. Probably would be a lot different now.

One of your friend got the title Student of the Year write a letter to congratulate him
erma4kov [3.2K]

Answer:

Dear Samantha,

Congratulations on recieving the title of Student of the Year! You more than deserve it as you are literally the hardest working student in the whole school. You cofounded the High School Republicans society and their weekly paper, Teenagers for Freedom, received the highest grades in your class with 5's on five AP exams, and on top of all of that, performed and competed on the high school dance team, launched an initiaitve in your community to plant gardens for people in need, and ran a diapers and baby clothing drive for women in need. Someone who did and continues to do all of that surely is an exceptional student which is why you deserve this title.

Sincerely,

Amelia
