The Indian Reorganization Act of 1934 accomplished that the Indians were granted back their assets which had been historically removed from them. These assets included land and minerals, but the larger idea behind it was for Native Americans to be re-assimilated into society and for economic self-sufficiency to be more readily available for the community, as well as a certain amount of sovereignty for the different tribes.

The free-soilers were antislavery settlers from the northeast who opposed to the expansion of slavery to the Western United States, considered free soil, so anyone moving to these territories should be regarded as a free person.
The impact was that it helped the slaves get cotton much faster. Since they were hand picking cotton the cotton gin was helping remove the seeds and separate much faster then they could this helped get slaves to get more production instead of what work they were doing before since they were much slower and would get tired due to how exhausting it could be
