I might know what happened. As you commented and asked this question about Brainly AS a QUESTION, it’s safe to say that your points disappeared because you were asking questions. There shouldn’t be any other reasons why it dropped, unless it’s a bug. Don’t forget, when you ask a question, any form, even if it does not associate with any educational configurations, Brainly will still deduct your points if you “ask a question”.
