Answer:

subjective

Explanation:

When evaluating our information sources during research, one must ensure the information are not outdated. It is also very important that we use data that are quite relevant to the work we are doing, directly explaining what we are doing. We should also seek information sources that seem very accurate and devoid of all forms of impartiality.

Having said all these, the issue of subjective nature of research is key. Any information deemed “subjective” usually contains write-ups that show opinions of the writer or persons formulating the data. It could also have different emotional undertone and personal judgment. A good researcher should not try to know if his or her information meets this criterion of being subjective.

How did congress try to limit the influence of interest groups in 2007? why did it do so?
padilas [110]
In 2007 Congress tried to limit the influence of interest group by passing stricter laws on the actions that interest groups could use to influence policy because of a number of recent highly publicized scandals. The Senate barred gifts from lobbyists to Congressmen and women, Congress forced lobbying groups to disclose donations given to politicians and groups they controlled, as well as bundled lobbying contributions (when multiple lobbies or lobbyists support a campaign or politician) were more closely scrutinized. The goal was to reign in the influence of lobbyists in Congress.

ryzh [129]

Answer:

C). The balancing test.

Explanation:

The balancing test is elucidated as a judicial test that intends to examine the significance of various factors like competing/opposing interests or rights in a legal proceeding. Such a test allows extensive consideration in complex cases to reach a more worthy conclusion.

As per the question, the court would apply the 'balancing test' while reviewing this statute as it would assist in assessing the importance of distinct opposing factors('travelers from other states do not have seat belt laws' which challenge the Arizona law) apart from the bright line law. It would assist the court to have a deeper consideration of the matter and reach a valid conclusion. Hence, option C is the correct answer.
