One of the most significant events in history happened in the early seventh century in the deep interior of the Arabian Peninsula. The introduction of a new religion, Islam, to the world by the Prophet Mohammed united numerous warring Arab tribes. With their new found religious fervor, Arab armies march forth to spread the word of Islam. Arab invasions of surrounding lands resulted in the establishment of one of the largest empires in history, the Arab Empire.

How did women's roles change during the 1920s? Women's voting influenced national politics. Women found freedom to smoke and dri
Liono4ka [1.6K]

The correct answers are A) women's voting influenced national politics and D) more women were working outside the home.

Women's roles change during the 1920s in that women's voting influenced national politics and D) more women were working outside the home.

The role of women really changed during the 1920s in many aspects. The main ones were that they could vote, and their participation in elections made their voice heard, something that never happened before. The 19th amendment to the Constitution of the United States granted women the right to vote. This influenced the political arena in America. Another important change of those years was that women started to work outside the home, first, during the World War 1 time, when men had to go to the war front, industries hired many women to do the husband's work. After that, women started to look for more work opportunities in companies and government offices.

Why did the french revolution fail to create a democarcy
Nina [5.8K]

Answer:

H e l l o E x T r A-

Explanation:

The French Revolution failed, argues Schama, because it tried to create the impossible: a regime both of liberty and of "patriotic" state power. The history of the revolution is proof that these goals are incompatible. The American Revolution succeeded because it chose one, liberty.
