Answer:

The correct answer is letter "B": HR scorecard.

Explanation:

Human Resources (HR) scorecard is an approach in which the HR department of an organization positions itself as the strategic partner among all other managers within the firm. The HR scorecard aims to demonstrate to other managers that the HR department also influences the profitability of the firm.

The HR scorecard determines if the HR department is providing the institution the correct human sources by questioning:

 • How many outstanding candidates will we hire and retain?
 • How many hours of results-oriented training new hires undergo?
 • Why is the gap in performance pay between high-efficient and low-efficient employees?

mote1985 [20]

Answer:

The value of the Share of Zeke after the new Expansion is $25.

Explanation:

As there was no growth in the dividend before change, Price of the share from a stable dividend payment can be calculated by following formula.

Price = Dividend / Required rate of return

As we have the share price and the dividend amount we need to calculate the required rate of return.

Required rate of return = Dividend / Price

Placing value in the formula

Required rate of return = $2.50 / $25.00 = 0.1 = 10%

After New Expansion

Dividend = $1.50

Growth rate = 4%

The share price can be calculated by the dividend growth formula, as follow

Price of share = Dividend / (Rate of return - growth rate)

Price of share = $1.50 / (10% - 4%)

Price of share = $1.50 / 6%

Price of share = $25

The amount of the Goodwill write-off required to be booked by Ajax at December 31, 2020 under the FASB rules effective in 2020 is:

= $130,000.

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

Recorded Goodwill = $330,000

Book value of all assets = $730,000 ($400,000 + $330,000)

Estimated fair value of company = $600,000

Goodwill impairment = $130,000 ($730,000 - $600,000)

b) The Goodwill impairment of $130,000 arose when the book value or the carrying amount exceeded the estimated fair value.

I would say the third sentence. Proper planning and supervision is of utmost importance while catering to the client. I say this because the word diligence means, careful and persistent work or effort. This shows that the work is carefully planned. That's my opinion and not a fact so don't trust this unless my reasoning convinces you.
